Describe the bug
Android simulator crash on CI. I think it's because GitHub Actions has upgraded Ubuntu from 20.04 to 22.04 and depends on files that are no longer installed by default on Ubuntu 22.04.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

Go to https://github.com/UpsilonNumworks/Upsilon/runs/7878979103?check_suite_focus=true
See error.

Expected behavior
CI should not crash

GitHub Actions (I think other systems crash too)
Upsilon Version: 1.0.1-dev
Upsilon commit: 8588ff3c45, but the but should also happen on 1fbd5281a9
