To install a theme, you need to recompile. When you run the first make step, make sure to add the theme name and repo like this

make OMEGA_USERNAME="Luna" -j$(nproc) THEME_NAME=arc_dark THEME_REPO=https://github.com/lolocomotive/Omega-Arc-Dark
