Description: Bootable Debian live ISO tailored for Dell PowerEdge server recovery. When your server won't boot and you can't see the RAID status, standard live ISOs don't help — you need Dell's PERCCLI tools.

Why homelabbers need this:

  • Many homelabbers run used Dell PowerEdge servers (R720, R730, R920, etc.)
  • When RAID issues or /etc/fstab problems occur, standard recovery ISOs can't see Dell hardware RAID
  • This ISO boots straight to root with all Dell tools ready

Features:

  • PERCCLI for PERC H710P/H730P RAID management (raid-status one-liner)
  • Debian Bookworm base, kernel 6.1.x
  • Recovery toolkit: testdisk, gddrescue, partclone, smartmontools
  • LVM2, ZFS, mdadm
  • SSH auto-started (password: recovery)
  • iDRAC serial console support
  • UEFI + Legacy BIOS boot
  • Runs from RAM (USB removable after boot)
  • Optional Claude Code AI for interactive troubleshooting
