Add TITAN to the AI section.

TITAN is a self-hosted autonomous AI agent with 149 tools, 34 LLM providers (including local Ollama), P2P mesh networking for distributed inference across homelab nodes, WebRTC voice chat, and a React dashboard. It runs entirely on your own hardware. TypeScript, MIT licensed.
