Adding FireVision IPTV Server to the MediaManagement section.

FireVision IPTV Server is a self-hosted IPTV channel management platform featuring:

Admin panel and user dashboard (Next.js 14 + Express.js backend)
EPG (Electronic Programme Guide) integration
TV device pairing (Amazon FireTV companion app)
Multi-user support with role-based access control
Docker deployment with full compose setup for dev and production
External IPTV source integration
