Add labwatch

Adds labwatch to the Monitoring section.

labwatch is a lightweight homelab monitoring tool:

  • Single Go binary agent (~8MB, no dependencies)
  • SQLite backend, Python/FastAPI server
  • Natural language queries ("Why is my NAS slow?")
  • Intelligence digests with health grades
  • Built-in Docker, GPU, S.M.A.R.T., and ZFS monitoring
  • 8 notification channels
  • ~2 minute setup

Open source: AGPL-3.0 (server) + MIT (agent)
