Bug Description

Sliced plate in Bambu Studio, then sent to printer, but the job sits in the queue without ever actually printing. Then fails with error "Failed to upload file to printer. Check if SD card is inserted and properly formatted (FAT32/exFAT). See server logs for detailed diagnostics."

Expected Behavior

Should start print from queue

Steps to Reproduce

  1. Sliced plate in Bambu Studio
  2. Sent to Bambuddy
  3. Job sits in the queue without ever actually printing.
  4. Failed to upload file to printer. Check if SD card is inserted and properly formatted (FAT32/exFAT). See server logs for detailed diagnostics.
