Your first screenshot shows "Downloading....(0%)". That's weird. Need some more infos to investigate.

Please upload a support package -> https://wiki.bambuddy.cool/features/system-info/?h=debug#enable-debug-logging

yeah it seems that it's stuck at Downloading, but the job was added to the queue.
What exactly do you want me to do with debug logging enabled, since the issue actually occurs in orcaslicer.

Too many proxies configured. Cannot determine which belongs to which printer.

Please show me screenshots of

  • your virtual printer cards
  • you connection menu in slicer

Just as a test, tried deleting all but one virtual printers, and logging out of all but one of the printers in my slicer. Issue still occurs...

It looks like you might be using the “Print Plate” button in OrcaSlicer. According to the docs, when using virtual printers in non-proxy mode, you should use the “Send” button instead: https://wiki.bambuddy.cool/features/virtual-printer/#sending-prints-to-bambuddy
Hope this helps!

There definitely somehting wrong with your setup. In order to sort this out, please do the following:

First some general checks:

  • SD card is formatted and inserted into the printer?
  • ""Store sent files on external storage" is enabled in slicer?
  • You followed the release notes when updating tp 0.2.2.1 or 0.2.2.2? You iptables may need an update!

If above points are fine, please

  1. deconfigure all virtual printers except the one in question
  2. enable debug logging
  3. restart bambuddy
  4. only connect the rinter in question
  5. connect to vp via slicer
  6. send print via slicer
  7. let the log collection run for couple of minutes

Please don't reconfigure VP during log collection.

Thanks, the print plate was causing the issue.
