Problem or Use Case
I frequently need to load 8–10 (sometimes more) identical spools of the same filament into the AMS (for example, when printing large single-color parts or using the same filament in multiple slots for auto-refill/backup).
Currently there is no convenient way to do this:
Additionally, I noticed another related issue:
When using non-Bambu (third-party) filament, I cannot manually change or edit the filament settings directly in the AMS slots on the printer (or in the Device tab). I can only assign it from the slicer. With Bambu filament it works normally. I'm not sure if this is intended behavior or a limitation/bug.
Proposed Solution
This would save a huge amount of time when working with many identical spools.
Bonus: Make it possible to freely edit filament type/color/K-value for non-RFID (third-party) filaments directly in the AMS settings, not only through the slicer.
