P1S printer stuck in IDLE after boot, with plate_cleared set to false and maybe no response to a print command. Screen on printer is usual idle, and temperatures / status are updating regularly as usual.

Please explain more detailed. I don't see any print command in your logs, just queue items. So are you trying to print directly, or via queued item?

If you are trying to print via queue item....

you either need to confirm clear plate on printers card, or disable clear bed check in settings.
