A couple of things from the log/state snapshot:

Printer is stuck in FINISH with require_plate_clear enabled — Bambuddy won't dispatch a new print until the plate-clear confirmation is acknowledged, or plate clear confirmation feature is disabled in settings.
HMS error count is 2 — active HMS codes will also make the printer silently reject project_file commands.

Could you check the following so we can narrow it down:

Does the printer card show a Clear Plate & Start Next button? If yes, click it and retry or disable feature in settings.
Which 2 HMS codes are active (kebab → HMS errors)? Please clear them and try again.
Can you start a print to this A1 Mini directly from slicer?
Please attach the bambuddy.log lines from ~10 s before the did not respond to print command within 15s entry — we need to see whether the FTP upload of the 3MF completed.

Also: archives_total: 3 but archives_completed: 0 is unusual — were those prints cancelled/failed, or did the printer lose power mid-print?
