Component

Bambuddy

Bug Description

Bambuddy is running as a docker container on a Synology NAS DS923+. I have a P2S printer. When clicking on the "Open Camera in new window" button under my printer, a new window opens which is blank. Prior to updating to v0.2.3.1, this worked fine.

Expected Behavior

Expect to see the camera feed when clicking the button instead of a blank screen.

Steps to Reproduce

  1. Go to printers
  2. Find relevant printer
  3. Click on "Open Camera in new window" button at the bottom of the printer tile

Can't see any errors in your logs and even the picture on print finish is taken.

Please open your browser console, force a page reload (Shift+Reload), open the cam window and check your browser console for errors. Please try it with both - embedded and external cam window (settings -> general -> Camera).

Thanks for the suggestions! No errors have come up on the console, however I've tried with both embedded and external cam: embedded works, external only shows a white page.

I normally use firefox. I've now tried Edge and it does work when opening in a new window.

Clear your cache in Firefox and check browser console for any error messages.
