Problem or Use Case

With the new feature/auth_details, it would be nice to allow users to re-read the AMS RFID tags while still blocking their ability to update or control a printer.

Proposed Solution

Add a toggle for allow or disallow 'Re-Read RFID' to the Settings - Users - Group Editor
