Checklist
@maziggy commented on GitHub (Mar 9, 2026):
Cannot reproduce. Added filament profile "footest" via Bambuddy.
Please upload a support package -> https://wiki.bambuddy.cool/features/system-info/?h=debug#enable-debug-logging
@curiousmuch commented on GitHub (Mar 10, 2026):
Thanks! Please see the attached.
To be clear, I'm not using spoolman either. I'm assuming as we're logged into the Bambu Lab account it would sync. I've logged out and back into my Bambuddy, Orca, and Bambu Slicer to confirm login information is correct.
Reviewing the logs, I can see API access, but I've not dug enough to validate if they're the exchanges you'd be looking for.

The logs reports I'm not using Docker. I'm using
podmanwithpodman-compose.@maziggy commented on GitHub (Mar 10, 2026):
Created cloud profile are not showing in custom filaments modal, but in filament selection.

@curiousmuch commented on GitHub (Mar 10, 2026):
I checked both locations.
@maziggy commented on GitHub (Mar 11, 2026):
Sometimes it takes some time until BambuStudio is syncing with the cloud. Do you logged out and in again in slicer?
Double checked again and for me it's working.
@curiousmuch commented on GitHub (Mar 12, 2026):
I have logged in and out a few times of the slicer and bambuddy.
If you have time, do you mind sharing the version of BambuStudio you're running?
I did locate this recently: https://github.com/bambulab/BambuStudio/issues/9608
I'll run a few tests and report back.
@maziggy commented on GitHub (Mar 12, 2026):
I'm using 2.5.0.66
@curiousmuch commented on GitHub (Mar 13, 2026):
OrcaSlicer
Thanks. I also switch to the RC of OrcaSlicer: 2.3.2-rc2
Switching did not resolve the issue. Leaving stealth mode and reloading the network plugin did.
BambuStudio
We're on the same version: 2.5.0.66
There doesn't seem to be an option to enable stealth mode.
I cannot reload the network plugin.
It's installed via flatpak as is OrcaSlicer.
Summary
At this point, I don't believe this is a bug with Bambuddy. There seems to be something wrong with how the slicers are accessing the data from the cloud. The profiles created by Bambuddy were there...
