Bug Description

Hello, it seems the firmware update feature is malfunctioning. I'm currently unable to download the update despite notifications that a new update is available. My printer uses H2D technology. I checked that the USB is plugged in, the printer is idle, and an update has been detected but cannot be downloaded.

Expected Behavior

Hopefully there will be an update soon so I can use the update feature.
