Deleting a branch is permanent. Although the deleted branch may continue to exist for a short time before it actually gets removed, it CANNOT be undone in most cases. Continue?

Problem or Use Case
I'm always frustated when I forgot to assign the current filament spool in bambuddy, I do not have an AMS so I have to assign them manually.
Proposed Solution
It would be great if you can assign a filament spool after printing. Similar to the project assignements in the archive page.

@maziggy commented on GitHub (Apr 12, 2026):
I would prefer to add a settings switch to enable/disable warnings if an assignment is missing.
@mrtncode commented on GitHub (Apr 12, 2026):
Yeah, thats also a good idea. Problem there is that I have to assign every time before I start printing. I also think that the assignment is not resetted after printing, right? So when there is an old assignement, there wont be a warning
@maziggy commented on GitHub (Apr 12, 2026):
Currently not, but you would see that in print/schedule modal when assigning the slots.
