Bug Description
I'm trying to connect my Bamboo spools to Spoolman, but it's giving me an error. I've been using this software since today, but I've already set up everything in Spoolman. The only thing I can think of is that it's not working because I've already used filament.
Expected Behavior
That it normally connects without any problems

Checklist
@mhertel commented on GitHub (Jan 22, 2026):
I have the same issue.. It created the filament in spoolman, but not the actual spool.
Not sure if I'm missing anything, just installed Bambuddy and Spoolman today.
@mhertel commented on GitHub (Jan 22, 2026):
Figured it out.. create the following extra field in Spoolman and it will sync properly.. (Of course this is not mentioned anywhere..)
@maziggy commented on GitHub (Jan 22, 2026):
That's interesting. The required extra field shoukd be auto created on first connect. At leat during testingthe feature this always was the case. What Spoolman version are you running and is it a standard installation?
@maziggy commented on GitHub (Jan 22, 2026):
Found the problem and it's now fixed in branch 0.1.6b11.
