To debug this I need a bit more info — the attached log has debug logging disabled, so it doesn't show any SpoolBuddy activity.

Could you:

Enable debug logging (Settings → Advanced → Debug logging), then trigger a sync attempt from the SpoolBuddy device, wait ~30s, and re-generate the bug report so the log captures the sync traffic.
SpoolBuddy device state — in Settings → SpoolBuddy, is the device listed? Is it shown as online? What's the firmware version, and when was "last seen"?
What exactly fails? — is the device not appearing at all, appearing but stuck offline, or online but spool data not updating? Any error toast?
SpoolBuddy-side logs — if you can SSH into the SpoolBuddy Pi, journalctl -u spoolbuddy -n 200 (or equivalent) around the time of a sync attempt would help pinpoint whether it's failing on the device or on Bambuddy's end.
Network — Bambuddy is running in Docker with network_mode: host. Can the SpoolBuddy device reach the Bambuddy host on its API port (e.g. via ping / browser)?

Once I have the debug log showing the sync attempt I should be able to narrow it down quickly.

Also you don't have developer mode enabled on your printers. This is a requirement for Bambuddy!!!
