Bug Description

Bambuddy has issues detecting the SD card on printers that are currently running prints, which disallows skipping and other functions. Printers not printing show that a card isn't inserted on a screen refresh, then flip over to SD Card: Inserted after a few seconds. Lots of communication errors in the generated debug logs as well.

Expected Behavior

Show SD Card: Inserted, and allow things like 'skip object'.

Steps to Reproduce

Go to the printers section, and look at each printer's status.

Since the SD card badge is unreliable for some printer models, we remove it again.
