that could be part of the issue - I had placed an RFID sticker to this non-BambuLab spool and linked the sticker in spoolbuddy. but still can't link it via bambuddy printer dashboard.

The spool still has the RFID tag. you can see it tagged in the filament picture attached. Here are the screenshot from both the Dashboard in BamBuddy and the SpoolBuddy assign spool screen. The spool I am trying this one is #18 Panchroma Neptune
