Summary

This PR improves the user experience by adding a dedicated "POV" toggle button to the race controls, refining the UI layout, and adding detailed circuit names to the session selection screen.

Changes

POV Feature: Added a "POV" toggle button to the main race controls bar for easier access to driver follow mode.
Circuit Names: Added a "Circuit" column to the race selection list, mapping location names (e.g., "Austin") to full circuit names (e.g., "Circuit of the Americas").
UI Improvements:
- Resized the Controls Popup to better fit the content and prevent overlap with the track.
- Aligned the help text in the bottom-left corner.
- Added "Toggle Follow Mode (F)" to the help shortcut list.
Maintenance: Rebased onto origin/main to ensure compatibility with recent changes.
