I followed the guide and added CSP and pasted in the long line shown in the guide, but it is not loading. Taking Jellyflix for example, it loads the red offcolors, but no wallpapers or layouts are working, and it looks just like vanilla

I have the same issue, I tunnel my Jellyfin instance with cloudflared, but only some elements will change. The local ip has the full theme applied.
