I currently use ntfy a lot in conjunction with n8n. I have messages sent to my cell phone. The app is great for this. First of all, thank you to the developer and the community.
However, I have a suggestion for the app:
I can't click on links that I send via n8n. This is possible in the web browser.
@binwiederhier commented on GitHub (Feb 1, 2026):
I'm assuming you mean iOS? The Android app makes links clickable.
@BitNike commented on GitHub (Feb 1, 2026):
Yes, exactly.
@BitNike commented on GitHub (Feb 2, 2026):
I tested it again. If I receive a message via a direct link, e.g.
ntfy://:tk_code_generieren@ntfy.home.de/inbox?tags=shield,nrt&title=TEST&click=http://192.168.2.47:8840
it works as long as I click on the push notification.
That helps me for now.
Unfortunately, links do not work from within the chat.
@BitNike commented on GitHub (Feb 7, 2026):
I have now received my first link via UpTimeKuma that I can click on in the iOS app.

would be such a great feature 👍👍👍
