💡 Idea

Users can already be set up via the configuration file. I would like to suggest adding similar functionality for tiers. This means setting up tiers and their settings in the config file and if the settings change, update the tiers accordingly after a server restart or similar.
Additionally, the ability for also specifying the tier for users would be very useful.
