🐞 Describe the bug

In the documentation https://docs.ntfy.sh/subscribe/phone/?h=instant#instant-delivery

Instant delivery topics should have a permanent notification that can't be dismissed.
On my phone running lineage OS 23.0-20260119-NIGHTLY-martini
The notification can be dismissed which ends up delaying notifications.

💻 Components impacted
Self hosted, Android with lineage OS

💡 Screenshots and/or logs

Subscription service is on:

🔮 Additional context
This wasn't always the case so something has changed but I'm unclear if it's a lineage OS problem or ntfy

Since Android 13, this is standard behavior. It would be overridden, but people were complaining any way, so this is very much intended.
