Avoid compound errors
Typo fixes and wording tweaks

There are some remaining issues.

I don't think "pinon jälki" is understandable as a translation of "stack trace".
"Käänteinen aihe ja aseta pääsy" is also unclear; I might have to review the translation in other languages to figure out what it's supposed to actually mean.
The translation wavers between "topik" (which is un-Finnish), "topikki" (which is slightly better, but isn't a word), and "aihe". I would be tempted to switch to "aihe" throughout.
