Ditto. Was just looking for this feature.

As I've added more topics, in order to better organize them, I've found I occasionally need a list of all notifications. This works great on the web app, but missing it on Android is unfortunate.

@wunter8 and I discussed this at length and decided that for now, we will not do it. It's significant effort with very little reward. This may change in the future, but for now we'll punt.
