Implement this https://ntfy.sh/docs/config/#ios-instant-notifications on Android.

The main benefit (for Android) is that with this, instant delivery can be turned off even for selfhosted servers, if an upstream-base-url is configured, reducing battery consumption to ~0% while protecting message privacy.

Hi, I wanted to ask how is this feature coming along?

I'm asking because on my new phone the ntfy app uses a lot of battery consumption and rn am planing on setting up firebase to mitigate it for now.
