Hello,

I'm testing the app, and so far it looks great.
I'm using my own ntfy instance and I have 1 problem, with the iOS and MacOS apps: Messages are received with, sometimes, hours of delay.
On the same devices, the web app receive the messages immediately.

I don't have the same problem with ntfy.sh instance.

Do I need configure something special on my ntfy instance?
