first of all, thanks for this app. I have a problem with the iOS version of the app.
when the notification is on the screen and I click, it takes me to the target with the default browser. However, when I check the actual notification inside the ntfy app, there is no link to this post, and it is not clickable... so, I cannot visit the target directly from the app...
ntfy 1.2
iOS 16.1.2
@AliCihan commented on GitHub (Jan 20, 2023):
the problem continues with iOS 16.2
@binwiederhier commented on GitHub (Jan 21, 2023):
This is simply not implemented for iOS (yet). It'll be a long long time before I get to this though.
@AliCihan commented on GitHub (Jan 21, 2023):
thanks for the info 👍
@artesea commented on GitHub (Aug 10, 2023):
This is something that my end users are complaining about. We send out notifications with a short plain text description and the
Clickheader taking them to the relevant location on our site.If a notification has been dismissed from the shade, on Android they load the ntfy app, can see any notifications and click on them, however with iOS they can only read them and do nothing else.
An extra button below the notification or even the link as a clickable string would be enough to keep them happy.
@murksmax66 commented on GitHub (Jan 28, 2025):
This would be a great enhencement, because links in the message are not clickable. Also there is missing the possibility to copy the link and use ist by copy'n'paste in the browser ...

Any update on this?
