Notifications not working on ipad (ipados).

ntfy server is self hosted in docker and notifications work fine on android phones. Subscribe to same topic and I have to open ntfy app and force a refresh to come through on ipad. If I send a notification via the ipados app it comes through on my android phone, but not vice versa.

What can I provide to help debug? No apparent errors in the ntfy server log.
