💡 Idea
Add the ability to Label the Subscribed topics. Becouse if you have a long url it is hard to find the right topic.

Hi,
so ntfy is a really great tool and I use ist for pushing informations from my Homematic RasPi. Because of being placed in my local network it has just a dynamic address and the labels of the subscribed topics are really long. So I would prefer the possibility of changing the labels too!
