💡 Idea/Problem

Right now, for example, in Macrodroid you can receive and send (with curl) Android GUI client messages, but looks like there is no possibility to use received attached files/pics (at least in ntfy usecases such possibility is not described) as well as make subscription to topics.

Suggestion
To add (or describe) how is possible to access (to message) attached files (actually links to them, for opening, saving) in Macrodroid (and other automation apps) or command line.
