I was surprised to see that the favicon doesn't change when a new message came in.
This would be really helpful when you missed the sound, because you were away from the computer.

This is done in github.com/binwiederhier/ntfy@fe6ee1efa0. I didn't want to do the number because that would cover so much of the logo.
