💡 Idea

The ntfy tier command can give a tier a specified attachment-file-size-limit but not message-size-limit. The latter option could be added in the same way that the former currently functions.

I want to set options like a size limit (with message-size-limit and then attachment-file-size-limit to stop any longer notifications from going through) for a specific topic, so those could get better controls. (I don't want to limit the whole server!)
