Hi, how can I actually recognize and then delete old UnifiedPush entries? I currently have several entries for some apps and don't know how I can still activate them.

I think it'd be nice to show the total notification count and last notification date so you can distinguish the old UP topics.

Done in github.com/binwiederhier/ntfy-android@b20f1322ef -- It'll just show the date like it does for the other subscriptions.
