Hi, stumbled upon ntfy recently, looks very promising, thanks for the effort.

Can a new prio be created, for instance named 'No notification' that never triggers a notification (so regardless of Minimum priority setting). This way messages (eg. once every 12 hours) can be send to explaining a topic for new subscribers without bothering existing subscribers.

Alternative solution is to be able to create a pre-set 'welcome to this topic' message (that is not automatically deleted on the client and may be updated, with or without notification). But this is I think only possible when using Reserved topic.
