The question

Hi,

When I am printing out a voucher code with an Epson TM-M30II printer the layout is too high. I.E, there is a lot of whitespace after the voucher details and the logo is partially cut off.

Do you have any recommendations as to how to fix this?

Hi @karammahal ,

Are you utilizing the ESC/POS module or are you printing the PDF version?

Kind regards,
Glenn de Haan

Hi @glenndehaan,

I am using the ESC/POS module and the printer is attached to the network.

Thanks

Oh thats weird because that module is using direct commands to print line by line. Could you post a picture of what the printed result is?
