The problem

Hi,
I'd like to use the email feature but it wont allow me to send mails.

I only provide

SMTP_FROM
SMTP_HOST
SMTP_PORT

We do not need credentials.
But it always throws an error

Good catch. This is indeed a bug and has been fixed in the just released version 8.3.2.
