Summary

Add link to the announcement blog post at the top of the README
Fix live examples table: add hackernews and nextra-docs-template (both deployed via CI with smoke tests, were missing), remove tpr-demo (listed but not actually in the deploy pipeline)
Remove TPR demo link from the TPR section (not deployed)
Replace hardcoded benchmark numbers with links to the blog post (launch numbers) and the live dashboard (current numbers) — the specific numbers in the README had drifted from the blog and will continue to drift as CI runs update them
Keep the methodology explanation and the "Why the bundle size difference?" details section
